Dreamwork is an important spiritual practice.

Dreams are portals to the spirit world, to our ancestors, to accessing our intuition, receiving guidance, new ideas, possibilities, and pathways. They are full of personal and culturally specific meaning. I support people on their journey to intentionally get more connected with your dreams and build a relationship with the part of yourself that becomes active when we go to sleep.

Dreamwork Services

  • I work one-on-one with people to build a relationship with dreaming, interpret dreams, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and seeing, and connect the information from dreams to your awake life.

There is a tremendous amount of specific and meaningful information that comes through dreams (if we can learn to pay attention and understand what we are being show). It is often very difficult to accurately interpret your own dreams alone!

  • Looking to integrate dreamwork and dream interpretation into your healing or clinical practice? I can support you to develop these skills, and deepen your own dream practices and routines.

  • I am preparing to launch 3 group dream circles (one for Indigenous Black people of the diaspora, one for People of the Global Majority, and one for white people). In small groups, we will analyze dreams, discuss themes, meaning making, and have discussions about spirituality, ancestors, and healing from an Indigenous Nguni African perspective.
